Social Media & Account Manager

SOS Design is an independent, full-service creative agency in downtown Toronto on the Bloor subway line. We help our clients solve business problems with design. We’re a team of idealists, pragmatists, strategists and designers – sometimes quirky, often passionate, always down to earth. We’re looking for a keen and confident Social Media & Account Manager to join our feisty team.

As the job title suggests, this is a dual role. Under the direction of a Group Account Director, you’ll be simultaneously responsible for managing social media accounts on behalf of our clients and for managing creative projects that help solve our client’s business problems. This is a hands-on, specialized and tactical role. We’ll look to you to be the source – and the implementer – of great ideas. This is SOS’s first hybrid role of this nature so you’ll need to be comfortable with and excited about making the role your own. And you’ll need to be able to prioritize and balance the needs of a social community with the needs of your client community.
