Queen’s Engineering

For 125 years, Queen’s University Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science has been a force in the engineering and applied science field. With this exciting milestone in place, Queen’s FEAS has embarked on a strategic branding project to further position itself as a leader within industry and education, for the next 10 years and beyond.

SOS Design was invited to guide this process, from initial research through to the delivery of a marketing strategy, creative platform and updated brand guidelines. Thus far, the results of our research have culminated in a new brand essence and tagline: Curiosity Creates. The new tagline is supported by a visual campaign that focuses on key Queen’s impact stories, proving how curiosity and the power of imagination are tackling some of the most complex, global problems.

In addition, the SOS team has created a wordmark, motion graphic video, advertising, and atmospherics to launch the 125th anniversary.
