• Eight years’ agency experience managing projects and providing strategic guidance to clients in a busy agency environment.
• Passion, experience and knowledge about design and its ability to build brands and solve problems. Design and branding experience is desired, preferably in an agency setting.
• Experience growing pieces of business under your direction.
• Initiative and hustle – you want to take ownership of projects and be comfortable handling multiple projects, multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities simultaneously.
• You need to be a solid written and oral communicator with strong proofreading and grammatical skills.
• Ability to scale; in one moment you can have a conversation with C-suite executives, in the next discussing work backs and reviewing creative briefs with your team.
• An ability to problem solve calmly and effectively and handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
• A sense of humour, a collegial approach, a can-do attitude, and a belief in client service.
